Shipping Policy

At Frame Your TV, we are dedicated to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details regarding our shipping procedures and policies.

Shipping Options and Times

  1. UK Mainland Delivery:
    • Standard shipping is provided as a door-to-door service within the UK mainland area only.
    • Larger items, such as large-screen TVs, are delivered using a two-man delivery service and may take between three to twelve weeks from the date of cleared payment.
  2. Non-Mainland UK and International Shipping:
    • Deliveries to areas outside the UK mainland, such as North West Scotland, may experience slightly longer delivery times.
    • International shipping is available. Please contact us directly for details and to arrange international delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the size of the item and the delivery location.
  • A delivery charge of £45.00 + VAT applies if a redelivery is necessary due to customer breach.
  • For items returned under our cooling off period, the collection cost is at the customer’s expense, and prices start from £35, depending on the item.

Delivery Procedure

  • Upon delivery, please ensure to mark the delivery note as ‘UNCHECKED’ if you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is safe and reasonable access for deliveries and that the delivery area is prepared.

Special Conditions

  • We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service when necessary.
  • In the event of a failed delivery not previously arranged or where the customer is found to breach contract terms, additional charges will apply.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are advised to keep the item’s packaging in case of return.
  • For any large items delivered, the customer must ensure that the delivery site is accessible and prepared for the receipt of these items.


  • We will endeavour to meet the delivery timelines, but occasionally, delays can occur that are out of our control. Frame Your TV will not be held liable for any costs, charges, or losses incurred as a result of such delays.
